Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only during business hours: Mon–Sat 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. Please note we are closed on Sun & major holidays.

Bring any special diet food, favorite treats, and one clothing item with your scent to help your cat settle in.
A signed waiver is required. Cats must be current on vaccinations, have a valid microchip, and have had flea treatment within the last 2 weeks.
Yes—cash only. Full prepayment is required before the reservation is confirmed.
